Limassol Greens
Limassol Greens Golf Course
Limassol Greens is the newest golf resort in Cyprus and the island's only championship course set within a city, just minutes from the centre of Limassol, the City of Dreams casino resort and the sandy beach of Lady's Mile. The course sits alongside the Akrotiri Salt Lake, the largest on the island, and the Asomatos eucalyptus forest.
Designed by renowned golf architect Cabell B. Robinson, the Par 71, 18-hole championship course stretches 6,304 metres through a natural Mediterranean landscape of feature ponds, olive and carob trees. Much of the layout mirrors the sandy dunes of nearby Lady's Mile, with generous fairways, undulating greens and striking pot bunkers, while holes 5 and 6 are set in a natural wetland with views of the bordering forest. Fairways are laid with Tahoma 317 Bermuda grass and the greens with Bentgrass 007, providing excellent playing surfaces all year round.
Playable for all levels, the course offers a strategic and varied challenge, with several risk-and-reward holes to test experienced golfers while remaining enjoyable for leisure players. GPS-equipped golf buggies are included for all players, and tee times run at 9-minute intervals for a smooth pace of play.
Perched on a gentle hill, the Clubhouse is the heart of Limassol Greens, with a Pro Shop and The Roost Lounge Bar overlooking the driving range, forest and Salt Lake. With Paphos Airport around 40 minutes away and Larnaca around 50 minutes, Limassol Greens is easy to reach and an exciting new addition to golf in Cyprus.
